«Villa Ninetta is a project based on the heritage of the previous building, Palais Ninetta, which was built on the same site and whose architectural features reflected the 'Belle Époque' Monaco of the 1960s. Naturally, we wanted to preserve this heritage, to offer a modern building with comfortable and refined features, but whose exterior architecture is in line with the buildings that were built in the Jardin Exotique district and more generally in Monaco.»
